A native of Colombia, South America, Cesar Torrente was a  FEI dressage Competitor in Central and South America and is now a FEI 4* Dressage Judge and a USEF “S” Dressage Judge.  Cesar has had the honor of standing on medal podium to receive the team gold medal two times in the Central American Games and several times in the Bolivarian Games. A US resident, he is known in the dressage world as a “rider’s judge”, because he knows what it is like to be in the judge’s box, as well as the sandbox. Best of all, Cesar exudes warmth and is most often found with a smile on his face.
