May 28, 2025 12:52 PM | Arlene Gaitan (Administrator)

We are sad to announce that Aimee Victoria has left the board due to work commitments.  We thank her for her service.   On the bright side, new ADA member, Christine Rivlin, has agreed to step in and take the position.  Learn more about Christine, below:

My name is Christine Rivlin, I moved to LaVernia, Texas about three months ago from Northern California. For 28 years I had a dressage training business with anywhere from 25-40 training horses. I semi-retired from professionally training and showing about 6 years ago. I changed professions and am currently a grief/trauma therapist and do residential real estate, specializing in farm/ranch properties. In my spare time (whenever that is) I shoot competitively and am an NRA rifle and pistol instructor. My husband Frank has been in Texas for the last three years working as a handler for the military dog hospital at Lackland. We are both animal lovers and currently have 7 dogs and 2 horses, soon to be three horses. I have a 10 year Dutch Intermediare-2 horse, (Kallini) and an 8 year old Oldenburg, Fourth level horse (Fenix). We are in the process of building our own facility/ranch in La Vernia.
